The men's Hoka Rocket X 3 is a carbon-plated road racing shoe, crafted for serious speed and with a little more support, this shoe is engineered to deliver peak performance. Central to the shoe is the winged carbon fiber plate embedded within a dual-density PEBA foam, which enables a propulsive toe-off delivering a smooth, stable ride.

The cushioned midsole and Hoka's signature Meta-Rocker™ technology work together to promote fluid transitions, while the rearfoot-focused Active Foot Frame™ provides a secure, snug fit. This version 3 brings some updates, including improved traction thanks to the sticky rubber outsole; enhanced breathability enabled by the single-layer knit upper; and a new streamlined collar design.
